DV, I really don't think there would be a shortage of sources, if that is what you are really want. The problem would be to understand and make sense of all the viewpoints through their filters and yours. When you rely on only one source, things seem simpler but the filter dominates. I suppose there is no alternative really and you have to go with this method. But, really, if you want to truly understand, you have to immerse yourself in the culture (as crazy as it is) and that, unfortunately, takes time. India may be more complicated than other places, but perhaps that is only my view.
