You have a good handle on the JEM III document. It reflects an agreement between the former workers of Baron's with the new independent company... The other document filed is a judicial form, filed on September 11, 1977 at 1:00 in the 1st Civil District Court in Managua, Nicaragua. The company, Corporacion de Zonas Francas, (which basically identifies itself as a free zone corporation) has filed an eviction action against Baron's Internacional, S.A. They are having difficulty locating a Baron's representative for signature...Aguilera and Sria have been copied and notified. These documents represent materially significant news which should have been released to the shareholders and public. I recommend that the company be contacted this morning, questions regarding the actions be posed, and then additional confirmation be made. This information is consistent with what I believe to be true. Today is an excellent day to learn more about RMIL, Morgan, Financials, and the SEC.
