I never thought I would eat raw oysters. But I was in New Orleans years ago and ate some at an oyster bar with their red sauce. I liked them so well I went out of my way to get them again. They taste like the ocean which is nice. We are getting gulf of Mexico wild prawns again up here and they are so much better than farmed prawns as they have that ocean taste again that I love. Thawed some last night and am going to have them today with an alfredo sauce.
