More on the O/S 4.8mm in the free float and held tight by a few loyal longs. 1.2BB legacy bag holders piss'n and Moan'n about their trading abilities. 90% of the O/S is held restricted today. That's the block that bought the shell. Restricted till end on Summer 2013. 40mm+- Restricted have to be under water today, but no worries. A R/M will correct that. PPS is wonderful and 200K actualyl popped up on the ASK side @ .007, Killer starter position. That's a first in a long time. End of the Year is a no brainer. I'll get some more tomorrow.
