<<<<<Personally, I like the risk we are talking about here re DEPO, and I don't like companies such as Coca-Cola, ...... i agree ........but if you had put 10,000 in coke 10 years ago you would be siiting on quite a bundle right now. the reason you pay so much for coke is because of the CONSISTENCY of earnings. not earnings this year, but earnings for the next 5 years--unlike warner lambert. that is why you pay more for gillette, p and g, msft, etc. ......remember that p/e is a reflection of the consistency of the earnings as well as the potential windfall. .......that being said--depo is not developing any radical chemical to alter cell signaling--using proven molecules makes the play safer. ......we just need to hope their application is done well and the fda is in a good mood on the 18th. if so, this could climb like a sangstat.
