Hi Patrick,

Sorry, I haven't a clue where interest expenses go on the balance sheet. You are right however, if these expenses are comparable to the previous Wells Fargo expenses, then it probably is a wash. In any case it is an expense that will reoccur in Q3 and Q1, but not Q2 and Q4.
