I think this strengthens the dem hand. People will look at their IRAs and thank the dems. The reps are definitely thinking about dumping Boehner. I don't know if they have the votes to dethrone him, but there is certainly a rebellious contingent. If they do dethrone Boehner, it is my opinion they will further weaken the republican "brand"- which is pretty much shit, as it is. :-) So I'm for the dethroning.
