Problem is we over built and these jobs are coming back - but very slowly. You can't force demand. Ever heard of the term "Helicopter Ben"? That was his idea to create jobs by dropping money out of the sky from helicopters to get people to borrow and spend. Thing is Mary, people can't go further in debt as they are (well were, it's getting better) over-extended and are now paying down their debt. Until that plays out - jobs will be doing good to creep back. .........You can't force people to borrow and spend.
