Obama said he'd use his full weight to ban guns - so I had to buy them before he has a chance - in addition to 50+ high capacity magazines. I've spent about $8,000 on various guns and magazines in the last couple weeks.

Many of the things I've purchased have doubled in price or more already - so you could think of it as an investment. Magpul PMAG 30 round ar-15 magazines that I paid $12 each for are going for $40+ on gunbroker. My $624 KSG shotgun is going for $3,000+ and the FN SCAR 17S I paid $3,000 for is over $4,200. If a ban goes into effect I suspect everything could double again from todays prices.
