Not that I want to defend Microsoft, but I just want to add that I have been using NT4 for almost two years and have never had my system crash. And I have found it very easy to setup....but then I have worked with PCs for many years. And you have to expect that productivity will decrease as people shift from systems they are familiar with to ones they are not familiar with. You just have to learn the facets of each OS, be it MacOs, NT, Win95, Next, Solaris, OS/2, etc...
