Bear in mind I am not particularly impacted by all of this. Probably helps since the market jumped so much on 1/2.

But it does kind of remind me of the Medicine Company legal battle over their patent attorneys filing for an extension one day late. The court did rule in MDCO's favor even though technically they were in fact a day late. I think their attorney's had submitted Friday after the close of business, but before Monday. Something like that. :)
