"Hi Tim...

The Lous Navalier spot was a surprise to me as well. However, that kind of publicity I wouldn't say no to.

Re, NASDAQ, we are almost completed with our financials and will then fed ex it to NASDAQ. Hopefully they'll put us right on, but let's wait and see.

If you read the release again, the stock buyback is not necessarily set for a specific time or amount. It was an authorization to purchase,
public or private, if the management feels it is in the best interest of
the company. The last time we did this, it was shares that AMCOR
recieved in payment of debt by various partnetships it managed and some shares we purchased back from the estate of one of the original
principals. We retired about 1.5 million shares at that time.

Currently we have about 200,000 shares that have been recieved in
payment of debts to AMCOR. That's atleast $850,000 in value. These shares will be retired. Ypu will see it in the financials, when they come out.

Hope you had a good holiday.

Regards

Barry Goverman "
