I really do hope the banks have learned their lesson re those crappy loans they were putting out under Bush.


I thought the world had gone nuts by 2005. All those 1 percent option ARM no qualify no down payment loans and 30-40% annual home price appreciation was considered 'normal'..

I was in school and out of the loop then. Had no idea how crazy things had gotten.
