Wow. You are certainly free to do whatever you so choose. But if you think I was one day late in submitting my entry as a result of attempting to "game" the contest then, make no mistake, you are wrong. I sent my picks to Bulba at exactly 3:25:39 P.M. on 1/1/13 (Bulba, back me up on that if need be). Note that this was well before the outcome of the fiscal cliff had been determined. Moreover, note that, given the fact that the fiscal cliff was subsequently averted late that evening and the markets sharply rebounded the following day, I was in fact HARMED by being one day late given the fact that the starting initial price for the stocks in my portfolio will be as of the end of that day. (Maybe I'm just a lousy cheat though.)

How about we propose that any entries submitted after 12/31/12 get priced in at a starting price as of whatever day from 12/31 forward until the date the portfolio is submitted results in the highest initial starting price for the portfolio? Feel free to pick whatever day would give me the worst possible starting outcome.

P.S. Those of us that are not cheats (myself squarely included here) don't appreciate being lumped in with that crowd.
