I'm telling you the day I sent my picks to him because I have always believed that the day I post my picks in a private message to him is equal to the picks being posted. I.e., there is no mention of public or private when defining "posting." So, when I put my picks in a private message to him, that is a posting of my picks, just in private. I have selected the names that I want to be in my charity portfolio and put it in writing. Why would it matter when, or if, they are publicly posted? Again, if this is not the intent of the rule, then by all means feel free to use the prices at the end of the first trading day following the day my picks are posted publicly on the board.

How would you withdraw a submitted portfolio? Wouldn't Bulba have a record of the portfolio you are trying to withdraw? Wouldn't it be obvious then that someone was trying to game the system? I don't understand what you mean by withdrawing a portfolio.

Finally, I didn't "elect" to enter late. I was busy with other stuff and simply forgot. I'm sure this is the case with most of the others that did not submit by the end of 12/31.
