Rick: For the record, there were three portfolios submitted to me by PM: two prior to the 12/31 4pm deadline (RKRW & Biomaven) and Mcbio’s at the exact time he stated.
It was always my intention to use the time portfolios were posted, whether on the public board or by PM to me. That was the case last year and I expect that was the general understanding.
As for my getting an early look at the portfolios posted by PM, none of the stocks in those 3 portfolios are in my own and two were posted by PM to me after I posted my portfolio publicly.
