Ed.Not only are MTV and ACTV in close physical proximity, but they are both members of AIM ( see most recent post from Buzz for url of AIM and go to members list ). They obviously know about each other. It really wouldn't surprise me to find out that they have had some talks about interactive music videos,etc. Jim
