You can count this Ph.D. out for next year’s Contest.
After two years in a row being harangued for making unfair rules and having my integrity questioned, I’ve had it. I’d rather donate the few thousand bucks the Contest makes for Charity myself then have to go through it again.
To repeat the old adage: “No good deed goes unpunished.”
If someone else wants to set the rules and enforce them next year (e.g., Rick), I’ll be happy to do the data work. But there’s no way I’ll do the rules part.
