That's what I said about voluntary work. Unions are a problem like I said plus it's competition for Obammy's Crony Capitalist Green energy companies, another problem. Also since this involves work, seems to me they have to receive wages and benefits exceeding unemployment payouts or why do it. There is no incentive to work for unemployment benefits v. not working for unemployment benefits. But I think there is a way around that. If unemployment benefits are ending, this could be the only way to continue receiving benefits after they have expired.
