Funny go back and read my posts back then and i was as paranoid and scared of what the future might bring back then as TH and MM are today. There were few places to hide in 2005-07 other than play prevent defense and protect your lead IMHO.. All these cycles including the next easy credit period take many years to play out till they might impact the economy in a bad way. .. Now is not the time to play prevent defense except perhaps the few very high priced areas still left.....
