Yen is a financial aid counselor, she couldn't agree with you more! great story... a buddy of mine's daughter is smart, and gorgeous....only she didn't realize she was smart, and gorgeous. College didn't appeal to her....she was really adrift. They talked her into going to community college to just check it out, and something caught fire in her. Now she's on scholarship at the University of Washington, entering as a jr. So cool to see.
