Korean War ended in '53. SK has twice the people and about a quadrillion times the economy. They can protect themselves, and we don't need to have troops on the border to nuke NK to glass.
Then we can leave Okinawa. Then we can leave Germany, who we beat in '45, cuz we don't need to protect them from screaming hordes of commies, who went away in '91.

And then...

and then we can bring the navy home and let Exxon pay for a private navy to protect their ships from pirates
