Joseph it is clearly out and has been for a long time. I believe one of the CIA's greatest assets is language. Decades of chiseled copy, media allegiance and a public that, in fact, furthers their secret cause by assisting with ridicule. That's a well trained populace. Media can report UFO sightings as much as they'd like as long as it contains and especially ends with a snicker. John Q Public may forget the content of the message but he'll remember the snicker every time. That's pure CIA. Psychology ' R ' Us. Too bad the CIA is so childishly paranoid. Plenty of countries aren't at all like that.
