I discovered a long time ago that when you say something is "obvious" in the bible, it never is. Not so good at reading comprehension are you? "I will take your wives while you live to see it, and will give them to your neighbour" There's no rape in that passage. David's public adultery with his neighbour's wife was punished by his wives committing public adultery with his neighbour.
