During the British reign, the horrible, savage, barbarians would have been hung by the neck until dead. But bribery, corruption, kleptocracy and suffocatocracy are the order of the day in India. The barbarians were obviously not too worried. In China their life expectancy would be short. Some VVV would be a good move in India.
