Other democracies don't have our problems and Australia got rid of them. Japan does not allow guns and they have only a couple of gun deaths a year. If Liberal's ever get in control of congress we wil get rid of them with strict laws and gun buy back programs. Like Australia did.

After Australia's new gun laws and buy back programs, gun deaths plummeted. That is a fact.

The whole idea people are defending assualt rifles and 100 bullet clips is nuts. It is nuts and you are right as long as people surpport things which are nuts, we will not solve our problems and our country will fall further and futher behind the civilized world.

And after we do ban most guns you will see gun violence plummet.

People can keep hunting rifles for hunting and defense. They do not need assault rifles or concealed hand guns. Why does anyone need anything other than a hunting rifle?

Anyone who shoots a bear with a hand gun is nuts. The saying we have up here is that if you shoot a bear with a 44 magnum the only satisfaction you will get is that after the bear kills you, it will die.

I live in Alaska and have to be careful of huge grizzly bears just taking out the garbage in the morning. I do not own any guns.

<<Come on Koan. Guns are a fact of life. You cant get rid of them. So what you do is ensure the good guys can defend themselves. Pretty simple actually.
