Trout on every cast . That is what they said and if you come back in a day the pond will be full again . Some where in Northern Ontario there is a river known to me like that , even fished it for about 20 min one summer . Myself and 2 others hopped off the work train while we parked in a siding waiting for another train to pass . 1 with a pole , 1 with a shovel 1 to pull small worms out of the dug soil . Using barbless hooks so several got away . Not one cast came in with out a fish , strike or a get away . In 20 min we had 13 brooks .
