Am I late to the party? From the look of this thread I would appear to be early.

Any comments on the price level of CEI? I am looking to enter. I think that although reits (cei) are expensive, they should be in good demand over the next year or so. 1) Yield hungry investors with treasurys under 6%. 2) Asian money looking for a safe haven - not neccessarily will come into reits, but should go into US real estate.

I like CEI's strategy, and they have the best management.

Any comments? Any other reits that people like at this time?
