Snorkel & LORMAC:

Like I mentioned in an earlier post--there is reason for caution and for all the reasons that have been mentioned by everyone here. That is a bit odd IMO that the price is where it is at given the "knowledge/info" out there. $25 to .25 is not a good record although the story for that is the financing fell through at the $25 level and now the financing has been completed. We do have news in black and white stating WNCR has the right to mine and sell 5 billion tons of limestone. It seems to me that would give them an "asset". If that was bogus, and since it is in print, someone would be liable if it were not true. If the next news release does announce contract sales and/or financing of $100 million then that will add to the "assets" the company has put in print for the world to read. Once again, wouldn't they be liable if they printed this stuff and it was not true? What do you guys think? Hopefully news today or tomorrow will give us more answers than questions.

Rob
