frost thought prechter was fulla chit in 1990.....frost was extremely bullish.....in a 1994 interview in barrons when the dow was around 3500 Prechter stated that if the dow were to ever exceed 4000 that it would prove that he didnt know what he was talking about and therefore no one should ever listen to him again.........hope that clears the air on prechter.....
