Liberal democrats continue to loot this bank as expected. BAC shareholders aren't responsible for the fraud at Countrywide Financial. Why would anyone payout on the fraud of Countrywide Financial described as a fraudulent corporation ? Why would anyone pay greater than Buffett's warrant price of $7.14 ?
