Annie, this is reminiscent of the period in the 90s, when Steve Jobs was not at Apple, and their product line expanded widely. It was confusing to consumers, and the quality of the machines across the board was suffering.

I certainly hope Apple does not give in to the temptation to try to cover all bases. That's not what they've built their unprecedented success on.
