BURLINGAME, Calif. -- Lucent Technologies' Microelelectronics division is demonstrating POTS-based H.324 videoconferencing at this n is demonstrating POTS-based H.324 videoconferencing at this week's DVC' 96 West Conference to show that desktop videoconferencing can be as accessible as an ordinary telephone call, and that the quality of a simple POTS videoconference call has improved noticeably since the first commercially available video telephone products were introduced just three short years ago.
