Usually, the bond doesn't rally until the auctions are over. The traders always try to push the yields as high as possible going into the auctions so they can make some money on these positions in very short periods of time.

I'm all out of the market after the lift this morning. Euro keeps going down, dollar keeps going up, and bond yields are very extended. Ideally, that's not the place to be invested. But, the DOW is already shrugging off yesterdays sell signal, so who knows.
