Frank, have you confirmed this? If so, then this could be very positive news - it should mean that they were significantly impressed with the presentation by QNTM's CFO at the investor conference yesterday and that whatever impact the pricing presure is likely to have has already been well reflected in the stock. A good chance is that they are buying on their own account and will soon come out with a strong buy recommendation. This is doing a lot of guessing, but it is the kind of thing that buys DMG and other brokerages plush office suites and vacation bungalows.
