Thank you ! I see 2014 earnings as being much higher assuming interest rates are higher. At some point, I expect the market to take on the Fed and drive interest rates higher on the 10 year and 30 year U.S. Treasuries which affects mortgage rates. I'm hoping Berkshire Hathaway starts to add to its position. Look what Buffett did to WFC.
