Bub, the fact is that all analysts have had low ball add numbers for the past year. I have no good reason to suspect that they're not wrong this time too. Just because the PW guy used to work for NXTL doesn't mean his info is any better than the next guy's. From a legal point of view, it better not be. The info on the new phone? Good, reliable stuff. Customer adds? NXTL is as tight lipped as a clam. That's their style and no former employee is going to change that. Ever wonder why he's an ex-employee? I don't know the guy from Adam but until I see differently, I'm following my intuition. And what is that? McCaw, Akerson et al have one eye on the business and one eye on the market and they're doing everything they can to keep both balls in the air. Publicly pursuing understated future new customer adds while privately pushing to beat goals fits both agendas.
