Let us hope the dissent against Helicopter Ben's easy money path gains in strength. One can see why the government likes inflation. They get to collect taxes on "gains" in investment assets that was caused by the inflation.

In Socialist Germany people had to bring cart loads of worthless money to buy anything. Is that a vision of our future?
