I can't imagine it being worse than that which is already factored into NOK's current price.
Tomi Ahonen strongly disagrees, on his Communities Dominate Brands blog. Thinks Nokia is an absolute nightmare since Elop took over. I mean, REALY HATES Elop.

Tomi used to work for Nokia's marketing department, worldwide. I believe many of his points are sound, though he does get way too repetitive and rabid about them.

Reminds me of the saying: we become what we hate.

Oh, and the other one: love and hate are two sides of the same coin, while apathy flips it.
