Michael, Frank had originally expected to attend the meeting, but last Friday he and Joe Murphy had an important meeting, it was decided at that time, due to pressing commitments, Frank's time could be better utilized by tending to higher priorities.
BTW, I am still in the Dayton area, using the Fatmans computer and ID, excuse the confusion.
Will report more upon my return home later today.
Rest assured that everything, and I do mean everything is fine, both for DCI and FTEL, in fact I was very impressed by the depth of DCI and felt that their union will be mutually beneficial for all parties concerned.
