Here's one problem w/the system.... " a probationary sentence will not result in unwarranted sentencing disparities among defendants with similar records who have been found guilty of similar conduct" The system needs to start fresh, and lock them up. The white collar money crooks have always been let off easy...I particularly detest the part where they "neither admit nor deny guilt"....(SEC cases)...they should make their plea, and then be adjudged GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY...like the rest of the populace.
