Capitalism survives whether mortgage rates are 3.5% or 6.5%. Only difference is the consumer has a fighting chance with the biggest improvement in household bills in over 10 years. Capitalism with a little bit of common sense now gives people a fighting chance to keep up with their monthly bills.
