As previously pointed out, within a couple years it will be possible, even EASY, to print off functioning guns from downloaded specs at the rate of one every few hours -- with a $2,000 piece of equipment. It is ridiculous to think any kind of "controls" will affect in the slightest the availability of such weapons. Within five years it will be trivial to print off an AR-15.
