We've got a president RIGHT NOW who is threatening to use executive power to take away the weapons in a country. The idea of a fascist America isn't out of the realm of possibility. You and I don't know what he is talking about doing...that said, the SCOTUS has ruled on this...it is within the right of the gov to restrict access to certain guns without violating the sec amendment. The idea of a fascist america is preposterous...plus you'd last two days with your stupid guns. As previously pointed out, within a couple years it will be possible, even EASY, to print off functioning guns from downloaded specs at the rate of one every few hours -- with a $2,000 piece of equipment.
