All you are saying is that you prefer the allies of the Western powers to have nuclear weapons. It is is your tribal instinct speaking. Don't worry about North Korea as it seems like it is going to join the western alliance soon, it seems. Gangnam style. Burma is also being brought into the western alliance. South Africa was sanctioned for apartheid on the surface but likely because the Botha government was developing nuclear weapons.

<Perhaps you don't know about Mr Proliferator Khan of Pakistan who was doing a good line in export nukes>

Israel was doing Khan's work - trying to trade nuclear weapons technology with Iran and South Africa.
