So instead of Bernie Schneider it is Christine something in IR consoling the investors now, would mitigate effects of a law suit :-) If they are indeed comfortable they can issue a statement to that extent. There is still almost a month before the Q is over and I thought this was a strong month for revenues, so ASND may beat the estimate soundly if they have enough visibility to say that they are comfortable at this point. Question is who will beleive them?
