>> I think the TTM EPS is less than 12. How is that a bubble? PLEASE EXPLAIN!!!
Because sometimes, it just doesn't matter if everyone values tulips at $1000 each.
Sometimes, you can just looks at something, and say:
Holy sh*t. I can not believe people are valuing tulips at $1000 EA! I don't care if people are paying $1000 for purple tulips this season.
I know that sooner or later the market for $1000 tulips will collapse, and sanity will be restored. And a tulip is just a f*cking tulip.
Apple is a tulip company, Kurt. If people will pay $1000 for a tulip, someone next door will grow them for $500.
Only fanboys believe that tulip maker A produces "magical" tulips, and will always make better tulips than tulip maker B.
In the short term, a good bet might be on a company HIGHLY experienced in making older-fashioned tulips, but that has quickly retooled to make newer fashioned tulips.
A better long term bet is on the company that sells the horticulture equipment to all comers.
So to answer your question, I just don't give a flying f*ck what the TTM EPS is for the $1000 tulip maker. And anyone who does, is a SUCKER. |
