they should make a deal: if lng is not exported their benefitting industries won't export either. these protectionist guys are dummies. the dumbest one is the dow ceo, and he is an aussie. he was an export, and the usa should toss him back for a fosters.



I think the USA consumer wins either way. If exported, should help with our balance of payments problem which ultimately should help with our tax revenue problem.

If not exported, should keep energy/power prices low at home as well as lower the price of all those things made with NG (fertilizer, plastics, chemicals) and the savings ripple on thru the economy.

Think the thing to do is to try and find the "sweet spot". A little export a little more for home consumption. Nice problem to have. We need more problems like this.
