About 6 years ago their was a poll of ten most disliked athletes in the U.S., Schilling came in third(and 31 as a baseball player). You should hear when Kruk gets ultra-sarcastic about "The Great Schilling" When he was pitching with a bloody sock in WS, Kruk said "Believe me he loves every minute of this,almost as much as he loves himself"(wow, i heard that--and that sent a message--Kruk had to have hated the guy) i think a lot of sportwriters just refused to vote for him. i don't know the guy, zero amount--but the guys in lockeroom(including baseball writers) just plain didn't like him. i know he has a web-site, which i have never seen, be interesting what he is saying:) Max
