Actually there is and it's called the NFRTR for all National Firearms Act weapons. It's been demonstrated over the years to be wholly inaccurate and countless innocents have gone to prison or had their valuable property confiscated because of the errors it contains, even today from lazy bureaucrats paid to enter the data accurately and not toss registration paperwork in order to be out the door by 3:30p.m..
